BMC Exchange 2021

Date: TBA
Location: Online
Cost: Free

Of course, let’s not forget our biggest annual BMC Exchange meeting. Last year, we ran Exchange online for the first time, with three days of live speakers, keynotes, and brainstorming sessions.

Industry leaders shared practical examples and best practices: several BMC customers revealed their innovative strategies for achieving digital transformation. Videotron’s Trung Quach discussed how actionable automation is a true game-changer for service and operations management. Kathie Lyons of Park Place Technologies discussed the barriers to digital transformation and shared insights that can help companies embrace travel rather than fear it. Other clients shared their experiences by partnering with BMC for their transformation journey.

Timely and Relevant Presentations: With over 25 keynotes, sessions, and panel discussions, additional speakers from organizations such as eBay, Tampa General Hospital and others helped set the BMC Exchange agenda on topics critical to the success of all organizations.

Special guest speakers provided expert advice on digital transformation trends: David Kirkpatrick of Techonomy and Drew Ianni of CDX shared their key insights on how to succeed in today’s environment. The interactive session allowed viewers to ask experts about the short-term trends that force all companies to adapt quickly and how they can create opportunities to capitalize on these trends.

New SaaS Application Orchestration Application Application: BMC Helix Control-M, a SaaS application workflow orchestration solution, based on BMC’s industry-leading Control-M product, provides a single view orchestration platform and is highly accessible for application and file transfer and data pipeline workflows. Designed for development, IT operations, and business users, the BMC Helix Control-M solution offers a unique self-service automation experience for increased operational capacity and speed with integrated deep production operations and management capabilities.

ADE Competitiveness Index: BMC has hired 451 Research, part of S&P Global, to conduct market studies to assess the perception and acceptance status of BMC’s vision of an ADE. The first-of-its-kind study surveyed business and technology leaders and professionals from organizations across 18 industries in 11 countries.
